Hi All ....
i heared from last topic that there is some possible tunning for the 1.6 l Engine , what about the one with Carburater and the one with Ingiction :help: and if Engine converted to injiction is that will be better .

Injection you think? I think this will decrease fuel consuption. 1.6 engine is old ohv engine and its hard to increase power in it and thi engine really hates tuning but 2.0 Fiat Argenta is very good base fo tuning.

My engine 1,8 dohc from Fiat 132 + double carbs dellorto 40dhla - 1/4 mile 18,23s. CR(compression ratio) is 8,1:1, light flywheel and rod, preparation valve ports(large), inlet with fiat ritmo 130 TC.Electronic ignition systems adapted from polonez engine 1,6 ohv :mrgreen:

Hi. We have some technical problems. Rover 2.0(T series) is hard to mount in the polonez. If you want a rover engine find a K series engine (1,4 1,6 1.8) but you need special polonez gear box.
If You want a 132 2.0l engine put Fiat gear box.

Rover 2,0 is not K_series - no find gerbox RWD for its ! Gebox in polonez is fitted for Fiat/Lancia dohc series(only all models RWD) if You want specjal adaptor from Fiat 124 or Lada 2101-2107 - to join engine side dohc i gerbox side in polonez anable
